As an important supporting event of the 4th Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition, this conference focuses on the research and development, application, and industrialization of safety emergency technology and equipment under the theme of "High end, Intelligent, and Green - Building a New Ecology of Safety Emergency Industry", demonstrating Hunan's firm confidence and determination to promote the development of the safety emergency equipment industry. In recent years, global climate change has intensified, the risk of disasters and accidents has increased, and the demand for emergency rescue equipment has surged. Vigorously developing safety emergency equipment is an important part of promoting the construction of disaster and accident prevention and control capabilities. As an important engineering machinery manufacturing base in China, Hunan relies on leading enterprises such as Zoomlion, Sany Heavy Industry, and Shanhe Intelligent to accelerate the deep integration of engineering machinery and emergency equipment, and has created a number of high-end emergency equipment. In the exhibition area of the 4th Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition, a special 16000 square meter emergency equipment zone and emergency equipment exhibition area were set up, showcasing the hard core strength of 106 domestic and foreign enterprises in high-end equipment research and development, intelligent technology application, and industrial chain collaborative innovation. From tethered firefighting drones to SAR satellite monitoring systems, from multifunctional dismantling robots to intelligent command and dispatch platforms, Hunan is leading technological innovation to create a full chain emergency industry cluster covering "monitoring and early warning emergency rescue post disaster reconstruction". The conference invites multiple industry experts to share cutting-edge technologies. Professor Lu Jiazheng, Director of the National Key Laboratory of Power Grid Disaster Prevention and Reduction at State Grid Hunan Electric Power Co., Ltd., introduced the scientific research achievements in electrical fire prevention and control and their applications in disaster scenarios under the title of "Electrical Fire Disaster Prevention Technology and Equipment". Professor Jiang Haibo from Hunan Vocational College of Safety Technology discussed the key path of talent cultivation and technology implementation from the perspective of enhancing the emergency response capabilities of colleges and universities in serving grassroots. The conference emphasizes "demand driven and practical oriented". In recent years, Hunan has led the research and development of high-precision and cutting-edge emergency equipment with demand. It has built the emergency management department's water engineering rescue ship "China Emergency Changsha" to high standards, developed a number of advanced emergency rescue equipment such as snow and ice removal vehicles, forest fire prevention and extinguishing vehicles, forest isolation belt opening vehicles, one click high-speed bridge building vehicles, sand and gravel packing machines, intelligent excavators, and portable high-power water pumps. These achievements have become the "unique skills" of Hunan's emergency rescue team and played an important role in disaster and accident rescue. In the procurement signing process, the Hunan Provincial Emergency Management Department signed cooperation agreements with five enterprises including Zoomlion Emergency Equipment Co., Ltd., and three enterprises including China Aneng Group and Sany Group Co., Ltd., covering multiple fields such as flood control and drought resistance, mine rescue, forest fire prevention, etc. These collaborations not only promote the large-scale application of emergency equipment, but also facilitate collaborative innovation in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. In the exhibition area, Shanhe Intelligent's "sea land air collaborative rescue system", Tianyi Research Institute's SAR satellite disaster monitoring technology, and China Aneng's "unmanned combat" equipment have become the focus. For example, Shanhe Xinghang's tethered firefighting drone can accurately suppress fires at an altitude of 200 meters, while China's Aneng's walking excavator can achieve remote control in extreme terrain, greatly reducing the risk for rescue personnel. |
