The tide surged in the east, and friends came from afar. On the afternoon of February 17th, 2023, the matchmaking & exchange meeting of infrastructure investment and construction under the RCEP framework and the Promotion Conference of the 2023 Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as “2023 CICEE”) was successfully held in Beijing. This activity showed the confidence and determination of the CICEE to deeply integrate into RCEP by embracing international economic and trade cooperation, and promoting the coordinated development of the construction machinery industry and RCEP. At the conference, the Organizing Committee of the 2023 CICEE sent "invitation letters" to RCEP countries, and signed exhibition agreements with Zoomlion, Herrenknecht, Shantui, and Lovol, four global top 50 construction machinery enterprises.

Since January 1, 2022, RCEP has been put into effect in 14 countries and is gradually developing into a highlight for world economic growth. As the country with the largest economy in RCEP, China's accession to RCEP is a major strategic deployment to accelerate regional economic and trade cooperation to achieve win-win cooperation, and is also a step to open an important window for the development of the global construction machinery industry.
